September 10, 2025

A Regular Council meeting was held on September 10, 2025, at the County Administration office in Vegreville.  Council approved the following resolutions:

Bylaw No. 1368-25 Third Reading

Council gave Third Reading to Land Use Bylaw Amending Bylaw No. 1368-25.

Subdivision File 09-2025

Council moved to conditionally approve Subdivision File No. 09-2025 per the recommendations of the report.

Integrity Dig Within Road Allowance Special Approval Request

Council approved TC Energy's request to conduct a pipeline integrity dig within Township Road 514 road allowance, per the plans submitted.

Deployment Revenue Transfer to Reserves

County Council directed Administration to transfer $214,043 to fire reserves.

Town of Vegreville Letter of Support Request

County Council approved to provide a letter of support to the Town of Vegreville for their grant application to the Government of Alberta's Watershed Resiliency and Restoration Program for the Riverside Cemetery Bank Assessment project, with the understanding that it does not include or constitute a future commitment of funds from the County of Minburn.
