Deadlines

  • Taxes Due October 31st of each year on current taxes
  • 12% Penalty on Current Outstanding November 1st of each year
  • 5% Penalty on All Outstanding February 1st of each year

Final tax bills have been mailed to property owners as listed on the current Land Title. If you have moved and your mailing address has changed, please contact: taxation@minburncounty.ab.ca to request an update.

Land Title Chages

The County cannot process any ownership changes to your land. This must be done through the Alberta Land Titles Office and often requires legal assistance to ensure the transaction is error free. Visit Alberta Land Titles for more information.

  • Local improvement levies
  • First residence farmland exemptions
  • Outstanding taxes from previous years

  • On your Tax Notice, or
