Municipal Property Assessment Information Requests

The County of Minburn’s contracted assessment provider, Municipal Assessment Services Group Inc. (MASG), will be sending Requests for Information to selected residents. These requests help confirm and update the property information used to prepare fair and equitable assessments.

If you receive a letter, please follow its instructions to respond using MASG’s convenient online process by the stated deadline. Receiving a request does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your property information or assessment.
