Application Process

Please download, complete, and submit the application form by April 18, 2025 to be considered for the 2025 program. 

• Preference is given to groups or associations residing within the County of Minburn and will be received in order of submission
• Space may be limited and spots are not guaranteed
• Each association or group will be assigned no more than one hamlet, with hamlet selection provided in the order applications are received
• Participants must be at least nine years of age with at least one adult supervisor for every:
  • two child participants under 14 years old
  • five child participants between 14 and 18 years old
• Cleanup must be completed during the first two weeks of May (after snow melt)
• Each group receives maps, safety gear, and garbage bags and can be picked up at our Operations Office in Vegreville.
• For safety purposes, all groups must apply before they can participate
