The County of Minburn 2026–2030 Strategic Plan is here and it’s about focusing on what matters most to our communities.

Based on what we heard from residents, Council has identified three key priorities:

CORE SERVICES & INFRASTRUCTURE
Reliable roads, winter maintenance, water and wastewater infrastructure, and strong essential services.

AGRICULTURE, ECONOMY & GROWTH
Supporting agriculture and local businesses while creating opportunities for responsible growth.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP
Better communication, stronger community connections and a stronger voice for County residents.

This plan is about more than setting priorities. It’s about building a County where residents and businesses can succeed and grow while protecting the rural character and quality of life we value.

And we’ll keep you informed along the way. Council will report on progress each year and review the plan alongside the budget.
