What are the basic subdivision application requirements?

  • Completed application form
  • Tentative Plan of Subdivision 
  • Application Fee
  • Copy of the Certificate of Title no older than 2 weeks prior to the application
  • Right of Entry (bottom of the subdivision application form)
  • Agent Authorization, where applicable (bottom of the subdivision application form)
  • A copy of any caveat or other documents or agreements registered on the title of the parcel to be subdivided as required by the Subdivision Authority Officer
  • Private sewage disposal system information (if applicable)
  • Additional information as required by the Subdivision Authority Officer 

Note: the application must be deemed to be complete by the Subdivision Authority Officer in order to be accepted by the County for processing.
