What are the basic subdivision application requirements?
- Completed application form
- Tentative Plan of Subdivision
- Application Fee
- Copy of the Certificate of Title no older than 2 weeks prior to the application
- Right of Entry (bottom of the subdivision application form)
- Agent Authorization, where applicable (bottom of the subdivision application form)
- A copy of any caveat or other documents or agreements registered on the title of the parcel to be subdivided as required by the Subdivision Authority Officer
- Private sewage disposal system information (if applicable)
- Additional information as required by the Subdivision Authority Officer
Note: the application must be deemed to be complete by the Subdivision Authority Officer in order to be accepted by the County for processing.
