A Regular Council meeting was held on November 24, 2025, at the County Administration office in Vegreville. Council approved the following resolutions:

Council moved to conditionally approve Subdivision File No. 10-2025 per the recommendations of the report.
Subdivision File No. 11-2025
Council moved to conditionally approve Subdivision File No. 11-2025 per the recommendations of the report.
ACP Program Application - Crossroads Regional Supply Chain Gap Analysis
Council approved to participate as the managing partner in a grant application under the Alberta Community Partnership (ACP) Program Intermunicipal Collaboration (IC) component with the Town of Vegreville, Village of Innisfree and Village of Mannville for the development of a Crossroads Regional Supply Chain Gap Analysis.
Mannville-Minburn-Innisfree FCSS Funding Increase
Council approved an annual funding increase to Mannville-Minburn-Innisfree Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) in the amount of $2,118.69 starting in 2026.
Y.C.S.S. Transportation Neighborly Ride Service Funding Request
Council approved a financial contribution of $5000 in support of the Yellowhead Community Support Society (YCSS) Transportation - Neighborly Ride Service.
Vegreville Attraction and Retention Committee Funding Request
Council approved providing financial support to the Vegreville Attraction and Retention Committee in the amount of $2,000 for 2025.
Vermilion Physician Recruitment Committee Funding Request
Council approved providing ongoing standing financial support to the Vermilion Physician Recruitment Committee in the amount of $2,500 annually beginning in 2026.
Compensation Assistance Request
Interim Borrowing Bylaw No. 1370-25
County Council gave third reading to Interim Borrowing Bylaw No. 1370-25.
Notice of Motion - Review of Oiled Roads Policy No. OP 9002-01
County Council directed Administration to bring Oiled Roads Policy No. OP 9002-01 to the December 10, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting for review.
Letter to Deputy Minister of Transportation and Economic Corridors
County Council directed Administration send Deputy Minister of Transportation and Economic Corridors Paul Smith County Council's input on safety concerns with increasing speed limits on divided rural highways specifically primary and secondary highways that intersect with Highway 16 within our municipality.
