ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT – Administration Office (1 position)

  • Respond and direct all incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departmental personnel
  • Receptionist duties including handling front counter inquiries, receipting payments
  • Daily cash/out reconciliation; deliver deposits and payments to bank
  • Incoming and outgoing office mail duties
  • Maintain office filing system
  • Preparation of spreadsheets, project analysis, assist staff as required
  • Train with Executive Secretary to handle duties related to that position
  • Other duties as assigned by various departments on a priority basis.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Skill set: strong customer service skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Preference will be given to a student enrolled in Post-Secondary Business Program or Office and Records Administration Program
